Peter Berkenbosch Consultancy B.V., abbreviated PBC, has been the vehicle for Peter's consulting work since its incorporation as a Dutch B.V. The company provides fractional CTO services, staff-level engineering on long-running engagements, technical audits, and custom Rails product development.

Operations are remote-first from the Netherlands. Clients are typically European or North American, in e-commerce, SaaS, or product-led organisations where the technical and product functions overlap heavily.

Standard engagement formats are time-bounded retainers (monthly, fixed scope) or hourly project work. Fixed-price work is offered where the scope is well-understood, typically audits and discrete builds.

Invoices are issued in EUR from PBC B.V. and sent monthly in arrears. Standard payment terms are net 14 from invoice date, by SEPA bank transfer. Dutch VAT (BTW) is applied where applicable under EU rules, reverse-charge available for valid EU VAT numbers.
